Step 1: First thing is notice what position the song is on the current chart, and enter it into the "Last Week" column.
Step 2: Increase the "Weeks on Chart" number by +1.
Step 3: Enter the position of each chart into the appropriate drop down boxes, and it will automatically convert them to the appropriate point value. When everything looks correct, click "Update" and you will return to the main list, which will automatically update.
Step 4: Compare this weeks position to last weeks position, and update the "Move" column accordingly. If the upward movement is more than 10 places, mark is as "HOT" instead of "up".
Step 5: Finally, delete any songs at the bottom of the list that have zero points.
